If we have not love, little that we do or say has much meaning. My prayer today is that God shows me the ways that I am just a clanging cymbal...when my heart worries more about what people think of me than of what truth I could be sharing to those who are hurting and lost in this world.
I struggle today with what to do for Valentine's day. I have some great coupons for Chuck E Cheese. We could probably all go and eat pizza and play for $50. But that $50 could do so much if we used it for those who are going through tough times right now. My kids have so much..and they just got back from Disneyworld. I want them to see the needs in the world...I want them to grow up with hearts that are driven to serve.

As a family, I desire us all to be the hands and feet of Jesus in this world. Let us not turn people away from God because of our words that don't have action behind them...with hearts of fear and not of love. I want to be one that shows love when it's not convenient, not warrented, and not expected....and not for any other reason than to be the hands and feet of Jesus in this world.
