Our nursing agency, Edelweiss Home Health Care sponsored us for a 5k walk-a-thon to raise money for our favorite organization--Hopekids! The weather was beautiful and the kids had a great time participating in all the activities that were planned for the day as well. (Not all of us were able to walk because Isaac doesn't do well in the heat.) We are so thankful for the support that our family has been given by both Hopekids and Edelweiss Home care--they have been in our home for over four years now and provide us with absolutely incredible nurses. We feel like Edelweiss is part of our family--and we are grateful for their support of Hopekids as well!
