Brennan and Josh have been buddies since they were babies. And we thought Brennan had been growing a lot lately..they are the same age (12 years old)..but Josh is over 5' 7" tall already!

Maisy and Daddy went to the hair salon yesterday together. Maisy had her hair braided professionally for the first time.
It took two hours and she did great...the gospel music playing kept her singing and entertaining all the ladies in the salon. |
Mr. and Mrs. Fox
A Saturday just to do nothing...that doesn't happen around here much. Hardly ever, as a matter of fact...and it was very needed. We spent the morning with some great friends and then had the afternoon to just be together. We had a fun dinner, watched the movie Fantastic Mr. Fox (a family favorite--it's quirky--like us), and made a "happy nothing" cake. I feel like we are filling the bank of moments like these..to get us through the crazy days ahead. These are the memories I love the best...just being together...
