As I begin this day, this new morning...
I am so grateful.
For love
and kindness
and forgiveness
and compassion
shown to me
each day.
For friends who
teach me so much
as they live their lives..
who inspire me to
love with no limits,
remind me to
look up and not around,
who see my
family as an
extension of
their own.
For a husband
who is patient and
compassionate, and tireless
in his defense of the orphan
and widow.
Not just in word,
but in action.
Everyday.
Every night.
Every diaper.
Every diaper.
Every kind
word of
encouragement.
I am humbled
each day
as I watch
his selfless,
Christ centered
love poured out
on this family.
For the most
amazing set of
little people gathered
together by God
to make this family.
For the spring.
Some years, the spring
comes slowly.
As in life,
The winter can be long..
but spring
is around the corner--
what a beautiful
reminder of
the seasons of
life.
And my God
has orchestrated
it all..
I am so grateful..
Where God has
placed me..
this is the
only place
I want to be.
